The Knights
of
Columbus
The Knights of Columbus was created to care for Catholic families back in 1882.
In present times, the Knights have expanded giving to benefit the entire Catholic community and others in need.

Protector of the Unborn

Defenders of the Catholic Faith and its Clergy

Donated 3 scholarships for Petaluma's high school gradates

Donated millions to tsunami and Katrina relief

Sponsor St. James Easter Egg

Re-building Catholic Churches in gulf region

Prepare dinners to welcome RCIA and Marriage Prep graduates

Supporters of traditional family values

Bring Christmas Cheer to people in care facilities.

Raised nearly $1 million in California for mentally handicapped.

Local KOC Council raises about $4,000 annually for the mentally handicapped.

Added "Under God" to the Pledge of Allegiance

Support local charitable programs such as: The Petaluma Kitchen, Project Graduation, OADS, Special Olympics, Camp St. Michael's, and the parish Youth Ministry
